When I am driving I lift my front foot, I step back away from the ball and spin my toes out thus falling backwards causing me to either pull the ball sharp to the left or slice it a country mile right. How do I fix this?

Answer

I don’t believe that over-swinging is your issue. I believe that learning to use the ground effectively creates power and consistency, which is what every golfer should be aspiring to get. Learning proper footwork is a learned behavior pattern and very rarely to golfers do it well naturally. That’s why we have the best technology, Swing Catalyst 3D Motion Pressure Plate in Naples to guide our students and give them bio feedback that lets them see with every swing what they are doing.
