I have suffered from early extension for years. Can you please give me some exercises and drills to help eliminate this problem?


Most early extension issues are rooted in a swing bottom that is too far behind the 4 inches in front, where it needs to be (Dynamic #2). This develops a pattern that then gets grooved as early extension. Fixing early extension without fixing the swing bottom issue is like putting new tires on a car that has a broken axel. Fix the problem that needs fixing first.
