Impact Zone Golf Now Approved PGA Continuing Education Program

Impact Zone Golf, LLC took another major step today towards its goal of changing the way golf is taught and learned. IMPACT ZONE GOLF® is on its way to becoming the premier instructional system in the world by teaming up with the PGA of America and has been chosen to be an instructional Pre-Approved Provider of PGA Continuing Education. Such approval qualifies IMPACT ZONETM Instructor-led workshops and continuing education programs for Education MSR credits.

PGA Champions Tour player and founder of Impact Zone, Bobby Clampett, says, “We are thrilled to create this collaboration with the PGA of America and appreciate their confidence in Impact Zone teaching as a breath of fresh air in the teaching community. The PGA shares our vision of growing the game and supports our mission of educating PGA Professionals to effectively teach utilizing impact-based teaching.”

From the PGA of America’s Director of Education, Dawes M. Marlatt, Jr., PGA Master Professional, “Since Bobby presented the Impact Zone at the 2011 PGA Teaching & Coaching Summit prior to the PGA Merchandise Show, many of our PGA Professionals have gained a whole new perspective on golf instruction and saw first-hand how Bobby’s Impact Based Teaching produces tremendous results in their students. We value greatly his contributions to the world of golf instruction and support his work aimed at improving a golfer’s performance and ultimately their overall enjoyment of the game.”

The schedule of upcoming instructor workshops:
• August 29 – 30, 2011 – Quail Lodge in Carmel, California
• January 29 – 30, 2012 – Site TBA in Orlando, Florida following the 2012 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando (access www.impactzonegolf.com for registration information)

Impact Zone Golf is experiencing tremendous growth as a result of the adoption of this system by instructors and students alike. Certification has already more than tripled in 2011.
